Three Point Attention Method - Alternate Version
In this guided Trance Stephen demonstrates the 'Three Point Attention' practice. (17.39)
In this version, Stephen uses a somatic method of moving attention between 'your two hands' and then the space between them. He does this in a content free way, so that you can utilise this trance for both self-attunment and centering as well as another way of practicing the 3-point attunment practice.
This practice is embedded in the kinesthetic awareness, with concentration and awareness very much being placed into the body as a primary focus.
