Cancellation Policy

​For Week 1 Only:​

 

  • All cancellations made before March 15, 2026 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee

  • Cancellations between March 16th up to March 30th are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellations between April 1st up to April 10th are subject to a 75% cancellation fee

  • ​No refunds are available after April 10, 2026

For Weeks 2 & 3 (Where Week 1 is not included):

​

  • All Cancellations before May 1st 2026 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee

  • Cancellations between May 1st up to May 31st are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellations between June 1st up to June 30th are subject to a 75% cancellation fee

  • No refunds are available after July 1st, 2026

*All attendees must be paid in full before the first session of Trance Camp (TC1), April 10, 2026.

*If attending only TC2 and/or TC3, payment in full is due by June 1, 2025.​​​
